Hi guys,

I've had the following customer feedback left today on our website, it's quite worrying, any suggestions and/or what should I do. - I think it could possibly be a wind up!

"I recently attended a party with you guys and I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful night, especially Scott who fulfilled my every fantasy after closing time! I would love to maybe meet up soon for another go!!.....kiss.....kiss"

And by the way I have no idea what the "every fantasy" is, and "Another Go" - at what? All I did was DJ along with my other assosciates. HELP!

Also, I've got the person's name - whether it's real or not, who knows! and i've got their IP address, as it automatically comes up when they post it.

Well first of all I'd remove it from your site, if you haven't done already. It doesn't create a very good impression of your company. And I suspect its just a wind up.

Thanks, I'm trying to get rid now but it won't let me sign in for some reason!

This was clearly a wind up, so I'd just delete it.

I also suggest you remove the facility from your website allowing people (whether clients or not) to put in comments which instantly appear on your site for all to see, as this is clearly open to abuse.

I suggest you do what I do in future...just collect emails, cards etc and put up your own selection on your site, remembering to change them on a regular basis.

Problem solved!

Thanks.

When someone sends a message it is put on hold until I Approve, Disapprove or Delete it. I didn't Approve it, It was on hold, so only an Administrator could read it.

Ahhhh...that's ok then.

I misunderstood your post, as I got the impression the comment had automatically come up for all to see.
