Hi all,

Ive just started to make my contract but im not 100% sure whats on it.

Ive got a letterhead with my address/phone/logo, all the terms and conditions and a sign and print bit at the bottom for the client.

Is that all I need?

Thanks,
sorry for the stupid question.

I'm not 100% on this but as you under 18 I don't think you can hold a contract.

Er yes he can - but no one can enforce one against him.

So if I can hold the contract have I missed anything?

Our contract doesn't have a letterhead or a footer or anything like that. It doesn't even have any contact details for us. Those things are elsewhere in the booking pack. It has been set out as a legal contract and it reads that way. It shows the client we take things seriously. It simply sets out what we expect from the client and what the client can expect from us. It works two ways. We've yet to have anyone refuse to sign so we must be doing something right!

You need a date for the signature. (I think)
