Link Dynamo & ImpossibLED

Does anybody know if it is possible to link an Acme ImpossibLED with 2 acme dynamos and then control all 3 units off 1 CA8 controller or would i need to run 2 CA-8 controllers to be able to do this.

Nope, they all have differnt dmx type addressing. 1 is a 10 channel the other are 4 channel.
You can use them on standard dmx console though.

Thanks for that, I was thinking of using 2 Dynamos, 1 ImpossibLED, 2 LEDJ PAR64 cans on my set up but I think i will have to get a standard DMX console to run them all off the same DMX loom.

I thought it was possible to switch the impossibled from 10 channels to 4 channels dmx instead.

yep, its easily switchable on the back, hold down the chNd button and it will alternate between 10 and 4 channel operation.
