Advice on Powered speakers

Looking to get a pair of powered speakers later next month and wondered if anyone has any recommendations? Ideally I would like to get a pair for around£300. Do you think I would get anything suitable for this amount?

Minimum 12" speaker.

I want to use them for:

1. Vocal use for speeches at weddings etc.
2. Use for small gigs around 70 people.
3. Extra Speakers for large rooms etc.
4. Backup

I've got the PSR15A's as my active rig, absolutley love 'em

I'll take a look at those. £300 was a bit optimistic as a budget.
