Am not sure if this name has been used yet but I have just thought of a good name for a disco "That's Entertainment" is the name of a tune or two and pretty much says it all.
I have already chosen my name now, but may be useful to somebody I guess :)

The name just came to me so I posted, it doesn't really matter really if somebody ells has it as long as not in the same working district,
plus they are called "That's Entertainment UK" :)

You can't use a name registered at companies house, just because they are in a different area.

Yeh but thats only if exactly the same name and service being provided?
The other companies name is "That's Entertainment UK" so anybody ells could be called "That's Entertainment" if not already registered

That isn't what you posted though. You posted incorrect information.

I'm not quite sure why you're confused? The quote above is incorrect.

That name is used by a Disco agency.
Be careful you dont get sued !
I found it pretty quickly using an internet search so thats the best palce to start looking to see if the name is already used.

I'll be blunt then. You posted a lot of old bollox which simply isn't true. As a lot of people use info from this forum, I didn't want them to be misled.

Thats why I use Rocking DJ Disco (Carlisle)
Just in case there is one elsewhere.
But I did do a good search.
The only complication is the number of search returns that bring up Robbie Williams Rock DJ.

Ok so yes I put that bit slightly wrong and I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong, but there isn't any call for your :Censored: attitude about it, what is it with admin on here

Actually, if you had admitted you were wrong then I wouldn't have said anything and let it go, but you didn't and tried to wriggle out of it.
I am not 'admin' on this site. I own it, and don't like to have false or incorrect information on it as I could be held liable.

OK, so if I registered Coca Cola (Reading) Ltd , that would be OK and legal?

Coca Cola would probably try to stop you as they are very sensitive about their name and they are an internationally known household brand name but there must be dozens of White Horse pubs around the country and there is no problem with that so long as they dont try to pass themselves off as being connected or in too close proximity.
