Looking for moving head suggestions please

Decided to invest a bit in my disco again this year so it was a toss up between adding another sub 15 to the setup or a moving head.
As I feel my sound is fine for 90% of bookings and I have spare amp and speakers anyway I feel that 2 new moving heads would be a good investment.
I have a limited budget of maximum £800 and no more so no streching of budget this is max.

Im looking for preferable discharge HID effects as I feel the bulbs are better value long term than elc or elh bulbs. Have been looking at the isolution range namely the imove 200sr or the imove 7s.
Does anyone have these light or can you think of others that I may have overlooked. Looking for good features like 16bit movement and rotationg gobos.

Also looking for people that have moving head to offer advice when choosing or maybe things i may have not thought of to do with them. Do they come with a fitting for truss? or do you have to buy seperatly that kind of thing.

Any help would be of great help.

I don't see why Dj's need discharge lamps, We don't use the effects enough to benefit from discharge lamps unlike nightclubs where the effects are running 4 nights a week minimum.

Apart from the first part of your post, so are LED's. Some of the newer ones are getting good reviews I see.

reason for wanting discharge bulbs was due to I tend to have 3 -4 bookings a week hence the need for a cost effective bulb.

I did look at these heads but do not think they are as bright as other moving heads and as i play some larger venue's was unsure as to the projection range onto back walls etc.

But if anyone has first hand knowledge fo them feel free to give an honest review of them.

I have a pair of the iSolution iMove IM-250S Moving Head's. They're 16bit with rotating/replacable gobos, rotating prism, dimmer, focus etc.

Great lights, and you can get one from well within your budget. (650 quid each at: ebdj.co.uk)

Nah 2 im afraid but i gather the i7 is just a 150 version of the 250 so the main unit is the same.

I don't think so. They look different, and there's no mention of 16bit movement or rotating prism on the i7's.

Can I suggest the ADJ DJ spot 250, they are very good, very bright and use a cheap capsule bulb! I got a pair and a top quality flight case for them with change from £600
