Afternoon All
Can anybody provide me with some info.
I have purchased a set of 4 Acme Dynamos, with the CA8 controller..
From what I can see has been posted on here before and what I am finding the manual is pretty useless.. I'm looking for some basic answers to some questions.
1) Does anybody what effects the various buttons on the CA8 have when used with these lights (I know what the standby button does!!)
2) the lights do tend to revert to white very often, is there a way you can keep to colours only
3) Any reccommendations on the dip swicth settings to maximise these great lights.
Many thanks in advance

you have 3 buttons standby/function/mode.
standby switches the lights on and off
mode button changes the mode .you have 3 preset modes pressing the mode button changes the mode the led tells you what mode it is in. slow/medium and fast mode. If the LED is on, the Dynamos go through various progammes without strobing (slowest mode). With the LED off (medium mode) led flashing (fast mode), there is strobing and faster movements of mirrors/gobos etc...
the function button when pressed skips to the next sequence in the chase(i use this when i want to avoid the lights strobing.i.e when they start to strobe i press function and it skips to the next sequence)
hope this helps
