How professional?

I came across this vid clip on You Tube when I was browsing for Line Dances, I must say I found his Line Dance vid very easy to follow--what I didnt realise is he is a pro DJ in America allegedly covering 300 live gigs a year and this is his promo video.

What do you think--impressive I thought if you ignore the large amount of guests Line Dancing in the vids--although I guess in America thats very popular.

Certainly raising the bar, not sure about the value of 100,000 tracks though:D

I don't think it was awful at all, I think it was very well done indeed. Granted the voice was a bit squeaky, but Americans would probably criticise our accents as well! But what we was saying wasn't far out.

His voice grated on me a bit, but it was a slick presentation.

If he was doing so well, I'm not sure why he would need to perform at 300 gigs a year?

Thats when the banner comes up!!!!!!!!!!

As regards his voice--its smooth, slick, cheesy and professional ( for American punters) bit like some of those hypnotists you hear--they convince you--- without you knowing:D

If you had gone beyond your boredom threshold you would have heard the summing up--a very clever piece of Marketing.

I am going to make some notes of the major bullet points and see if I can use some of the material--I wont be making a vid though--:eek:

If I ever start up the mobile disco business full time again, I will definitely be taking some tips from this video.

I think the promo is very well put together.

The only thing that spoils it for me is that there are a number of occasions on the voiceover where he pops the mic.

That seems a bit strange on a promo which talks about about having a professional DJ on the mic!
