Friend of mine has got his self some bloockbuster6 (5off)

Having looked at the manual you can use these at 20 dmx channels(per unit) to use to there full potential.(100channels required)

The problem is where to find a dmx controller that has the ability to use at least 20 channels per fixture/scanner.

Does anyone know of a dmx controller that he could buy to utilise all 20 channels.

Most dmx controllers seem to only be able to have 16 channels per fixture/scanner.

Usually hardware controllers have banks of 16 for scanners and can only handle 16 channels.

We are using PC DJ DMX which allows you to handle up to 512 channels with 1 DMX box unit. The cost is about £200 and uses very little resources on the PC. Beaware, if your PC/LAPTOP is low spec i.e 1GB RAM, 1 GHZ CPU you might struggle if you are using DJ software as well.
