My wife's Xmas night out tonight so I got baby-sitting duty.
Had an awsome Xmas prom last night(thurs), got an 18th b'day on saturday and had 2 enquiries for tonight that I couldn't do coz of the Kids.........3/4 bottle of wine and bored, only 3 other members on MDD......:(

I've had a night off too.. got an early start tommorow delivering props halfway round the country and then gig in the evening, so didn't even have a night out!

I have a 21st to do tomorrow. I'm missing my dads 50th birthday party because of it :( Also i don't know what to play!

I was s'posed to be DJing tonight but my mate that owns the club has got CreditCrunch-itis and is having his manager DJ instead :(

Aarrggghhh! :eek: Not drum n bass!! Please not drum n bass!!! This is what DJs play when they haven't got any music!!

Callum. My advice is to go with the flow. I did a 21st a fortnight ago and the song that went down the best and had literally everyone on their feet? It was the Beatles' Twist & Shout! Finished with an indie-style set (Sex On Fire, Altogether Now, Mr Brightside, Oasis (can't remember which one), and ended it with Sit Down) and it went down a treat! Then I was asked for Mariahs' All I Want For Christmas and the whole room went wild!

All in all it was the best gig I'd done in ages! (and that's without mentioning the girls!) ;)
