Re-Brand help

Hi Guys , I am currently making moves to change the name I operate under and I have a new website which will be ready to launch in the New Year. Do you think I need to make a ref to my old company on my new website and if so any ideas on how best to word it.

I'll probably be in the same boat (kind of...) in April, I plan to just have a company history type page with the relevant explanation.. not sure on the wording though, as it would depends on your reasons for rebranding.

Id just make it simple, along the lines of.... "new name" Disco is ran by Alan, whos previous experience includes the running of Woody O Entertainments and was/is(?) the resident Dj for Royal Hotel.... Just my thoughts :)
