The thing that struck me was that everything seemed perfectly on cue & not at all off the cuff, so I'm assuming the DJ made up a tape or disc of exactly what they wanted & they then spent a lot of time practicing at home.
I've seen a few first dance clips similar to this. It certainly makes for a memorable first dance & good talking point!

on that thread, read about 6-7 comments down, theres a youtube link which is what theyve practically copied. They would have composed the cd beforehand and just rehearsed it and made the DJ play the one CD premixed

That is definitely one of the better compilations I have seen, some of the mixing in other arrangements has been pretty poor.

90% of that is identical to the evolution of dance video
