Does anyone have any tips on studying for an exam????:bang: :bang: :bang:
I have got a very short attention span and get bored very easily but i am sitting trying to memorize my presentation which i have to do on monday but i just cant concentrate.....i keep finding other things to do other than study!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going nuts and i am so stressed out my mind. How do you know which way of studying is best for you and how do you stop yourself from doing other things....For example logging on here?????????:( :( :( :(

"The bitterness of studying is preferable to the bitterness of ignorance"
Study in short bursts of 20-30 mins then chill for a bit. Small objectives. I've got the attention span of a gold fish too.

You have the same problem as me you seem to be distracted by other things quiet easily. What I normally do it say "right, this hour is for revisision and nothing else" it seems to work see if it works for you.

Tip I used to use when I did a degree, was record what ever your learning onto a blank cd then play it back via your walkman (It worked for me).
Apparently it is fact that 'spoken work' is easier to remember !

I did a software degree and the only way I could cram it in was to just keep on going over and over it until it stuck.
I dont know of any shortcuts.

Oh what a lovely thought.........
....here's another...."What a load of old tosh!"
Take a 30 minute break....get some fresh air....then crack on.
Works for me.
Whenever I'm at work and something is not right.....get up move about...go have a cuppa....come back....job done. :)
