I thought it was a really good ad, although neither a proper flashmob nor an original idea (see Evolution of Dance (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=dMH0bHeiRNg)). A good mix of the two, though :)

There were some members of the public in the ad (mostly standing around), but the dancers were all auditioned apparently...

the atmosphere would have been well good, the funniest part for me is the bloke @ 1:40 in the youtube vid above, nice addon by the way
