Eddie hasn't been around for ages and I emailed him at the beginning of December last year to see if he was OK and he had this to say..

"Many thanks for the concern, I am really touched.

I have not been around the forums lately as to be honest I have pretty much been too busy with work, studying and of course DJing.

I took on a new management job just over 6 months ago and as part of it I have had to take on an HNC. This would not have been too bad, but I have had to catch up 3 months work as I was enrolled late onto the course, and of course I am still doing my discos as well. This has not left me a lot of free time, and I found that I was at times getting sucked in to forum life and wasting too much time flitting across the various forums and not doing the things I really needed to do.

I have all but caught up with my studying now, but as you can imagine this is also a quite busy time for discos etc,

I hope to be around again on the forums after Christmas when the work has died down and I am comfortable with my studying progress.

Hope you are all well, and |I will pop on the forums around Christmas to wish everyone well and give them my best for the New Year.

I am still keeping most of the weight off (currently about 15st) but it is a bit harder now I am eating food again.

Thanks again for the concern Darren, but I am in very good health, and actually in a very good place mentally at the moment. Should anyone else be interested in how I am, please feel free to pass on my situation and give them my regards. I am sure it will not be too long before I am again playing an active part on the forums."
