Funny you should bring up spelling, Simon! You wouldn't believe how unconvinced I was with my original spelling (it just didn't look right) so I searched about 5 online dictionaries - and still wasn't convinced even though I was right all along! :eek:

i was once told this little gem. When on holiday, why tip the barman on your last day for looking after you? Tip him on your first day and he will serve you first for the entire holiday!

he may have already been happy with you service, you may have provided good customer service by replying to his enquiry, meeting up with him and showing up on time and looking smart. For some, its the little things that count!
