Hi im scott from cambridge really want to start up ding mobile discos have a cd/mixer in flight case 300 + cds in flightcases and 2 soundlab vastos so far, but running out of money so tryng to get more bits cheaply.

Building up your kit and maybe picking up a bit of good experience with other jocks and firms is a great way to start up.

You dont need a massive amount of gear to get started.
Just buy it as the money comes in but dont forget to put a portion away for the taxman !

I build what I can the rest I buy.

Its more for the experience of designing and building a speaker box or an amp.

I am certainly not short of money.

Welcome along young 'un. Yes, all us oldies built all our first setups. :eek: :D :D Nowadays, things are relatively cheaper, and easier to obtain.
