hmm im not a big fan of pro 15's but the ul's are top notch! Class D package is ok..... its the whole you get what you pay for ......

well when you put those 2 deals side by side, the Class D's win everytime. I wouldnt say either is superior to the other as for quality and features, so then it comes down to the price, and the Class D's are much cheaper

It will be. ;) 4ohm cabs and greater sensitivity, it's not that difficult really. ;)
