Hi all selling my laser and put it on gumtree this seems a real fake or scam e-mail i got back from someone intrested ..

Thanks for getting back to me, well i want you to ship the item to my colleague in Western Africa Nigeria and i would be offering you 70 pounds for the shipping of item to Nigeria and also get back to me with the final price for the item including your pay pal account details so that i can commence with the payment as soon as possible.

Indeed...the word "Nigeria" is the giveaway.

The word "Nigeria" gave it away, as much as I'm sure there are plenty of decent Nigerians looking on UK advertising sites for their purchases...

Agree. Nigeria does seem to be the home of scams of late.

Yes I put some jewellery on there, it was like a magnet to the scammers but I did sell a car on there quite easily for free so it has it's uses.

Well I Was taking £70 for it put it on there for £100 to see if any intrest open to offers but.

Yeah Thought it was think a little e-mail back saying sold is in need your offer has been out bidded lol.
