Just to let everyone know they have now installed a limiter of 90db at this venue.

I'm actually really disappointed as this was on my list of top 3, and favourite, for when me and my other half get married in 2010.

I just find it amazing how low it is.

A car wash generates 89db and a lawn mower is a similar amount.

It actually made a fantastic venue near enough impossible to have a disco in....Ipod Wedding here we come.

Like many venues though you have to make the decision on whether you can cope with the limiter or lose bookings for the venue - there is always someone who will carry on accepting the bookings.

The music would be so low, it's one thing in a small room, but something like Gaynes Park which is a converted barn with high ceilings make it very difficult.

Just have to ask everyone not to clap, cheer, whistle, speak or breathe!
