A new amp - Great deal.

Hi all,

Just had delivery of a brand new Crown XLS802 amp. I already have one and I like them. Nice sound and very reliable.
Anyway, I was looking online yesterday at prices and noticed that 'Hard to Find' were advertising it at £389.00, that's 48% off it's retail price!
I thought it was a mistake at first so phoned them because the Crown XLS602 amp is priced at £449.00.
The guy said it wasn't a mistake and is part of their promotion. Anyone looking for an amp that is great quality and has plenty of power could get a good deal here.

Just whacked it in one of the flightcases I had an XLS602 in...job done.
Now, if anyone wants the XLS602 for around the £200.00 mark then let me know or I'll keep it as backup.

HTFR have some great deals at times. I bought a spare HD2500 from them a fortnight ago. The price was almost a 100 quid less than Phase One.

Years ago I ordered a rare import 12" off them and it arrived damaged and scratched. It was a real ordeal getting my money back etc as it was the only copy. I bought another set of JBL's off them last year because they were a good price and the service was faultless. I phoned yesterday and was told that delivery was 2-3 days. It arrived this afternoon so I have no problems ordering from them again if there are decent deals about.
