Hi, couldnt see where else to post this, this seemed the closest place

basically when reading the forum, i only look at the Unread topics or ones with new content, however randomly all the topics were marked as read. Most recently tonight, i had about 20 unread topics on the screen, i made it about 3 down and then they were all marked as read :(

ive had this happen several times, im not sure what causes it?

I doubt its a fault on the forum, but i was hoping someone could enlighten me as to how to stop it happening?

Do all the unread topics disappear & a "there are no new topics" message appear when you've spent a lot of time on one thread?

This has happened to me in the past, I've found a way of stopping it is to open another tab with the forum also on & leave that sitting on "who's online" (found by clicking "quick links")

Your unread threads shouldn't disappear if you do this. If they do you can still find topics you haven't read by clicking on today's posts (also in "quick links") & using your noddle to think what you've read & what you haven't.
