UK based VPL are introducing some BIG LED fixtures - soon to take the mobile disco, theatrical and nightclub industries by storm with their MASSIVE products.

Not revealing too much at this stage because of copywrite reasons.

Look out for the BIG LAUNCH - VPL Lighting.

Neil.

I'm not all that bothereds about super bright leds really.

I get complaints about my led movers as it is. So having anything brighter will make it worse.

But having said that, for larger events it would be better but I don't really do anything like that as such so would be a waste of money for me.

100w leds?, which you can buy already. lol.

EDIT: Just found this. lol. Looks interesting - http://news.softpedia.com/news/The-World-039-s-Most-Powerful-LED-and-HID-Flashlight-Surefire-039-s-Beast-II-2000-Lumens-62030.shtml

Hi Tom.
The Beast III looks amazing! But I notice that they're incorporating a HID discharge lamp with the LED structure, which is cool but HID lamps don't last as long as LED mate.

Haha. Interesting link.

Looks like an old Geni light with a led instead of a lamp.
