X-scan led mirror adjustment

I have noticed that after turning on my X-scans and they have gone through their startup sequence the mirrors are in different vertical positions. I would like to adjust them but obviously don't want to make thing worse so has anyone any experience of doing this?

Do you mean one is pointing up and the other pointing down ? If that's the case then it's most likely that reverse tilt is activated on one of the scanners.

I'm not familiar with your lights but on my smartscans there is an led panel. Just scroll through the menu until you come to RTILT (on mine anyway) , select that and make sure it is off.

No, after the startup sequence they find their home position. One is about 10° different to the other in the vertical plane. I can match them by adjusting them on the lighting rig but being a bit anal about these things I would prefer to match the home positions.
