Pioneer....Shed some light?....

:confused: Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on a question....

I have the Pioneer CMX-3000 cd players, but have came across the CMX-5000's.....is there any difference, has anyone used the 5000's, etc etc. Its puzzling me a bit. No one ive spoken to round here had even heard of the 5000's without checking the net.

So its just a Sony all in one cd player i take it?

Says its the cdj1000's but all in one unit but its only the 3000?

The CMX 3000 doesn't have MP3 playback either.

The CMX 5000 is discontinued from a few years back. Interestingly on that model, you had 4 outputs, it's normal 'A' & 'B' and it had an auto mix option, which played through its own seperate output, and had a headphone monitor too!

The CMX 3000 has the addition of a waveform display, like the CDJ 1000, which the 5000 didn't have.
