Check out the size of that ball at 6.45
It somehow opens up to reveal a brilliant white light inside.
I would love to see the lighting board that controls their lights :eek:

I must admit, they really do know how to put on a show. Awesome lighting.

I hope they had some Maplin safety wires and G-clamps for that there ball! :D :p :D

Nice post I love it. They really knew how to put on some really big shows. The closest I have ever got to that is a 48" inch Mirrorball. which I thought was big at the time . (see vid)

Hi mate, it was the De Vere Grand in Brighton, sorry mate. I have done a gig at Oulton Hall, Leeds though. Nice easy get in.

Oulton Hall is part of the De Vere group,
Yeah I like Oulton Hall, Can reverse right down the side of the fire exit, Done many of jobs there with some big rigs.

That's right! I did a 80's night there with Heaven 17. They bombed though. I was gutted.

There is a pub on the Lincoln Brayford - Slug and Lettuce (I think) - that has a 3m diameter mirror ball in the back room....
