From what I've read, this is regarded as excellent value. If I were buying, it would be this one.
Edit: When is somebody going to make a cloth 2m x 1.2m? I must have the extra height.

I've been using one of these cloths to replace my lightscreen for a few months now.

Very well made with thick rugged cloth so perfect to be used "on the road". plenty of ties to keep it in place where ever you want to hang it but the only problem I've found is it can take some time to setup and getting it to look professional.

And is it me but that carry bag it comes with. am i the only person that seems to think it gets smaller at the end of the night???

i should have some 2.5m x 1.3m coming out soon... well possibly still deciding if it's a good move or not... :D

BUt NJD are a good quality cloth and for the money you can't go wrong. The are available in the following sizes...

2.1m x 1.1m

3m x 2m

3m x 3m

4m x 3m

6m x 4m

£89 for a 2.1 x 1.1 is a very good deal!!! Even with my trade account i can't buy it for less than that!!!

If I got a 3x2 and a smaller one for the front (Deckstand size) are they linkable so they can they both be operated on one controller?

Yep.

But you still need both PSUs.

Each cloth has a small built-like-a-tank metal box housing the power supply and has two connectors on the front - one to connect the handheld sequence controller and the other for daisychaining multiple cloths.

Each cloth is supplied with a handheld->PSU cable as well as a daisychaining cable but these are just simple RJ11 flat cables (like telephone cables) so dead easy to make/buy longer ones if needs be, although I use my big cloth directly behind my deckstand and the standard cable is fine.

As discussed with Graham by email yesterday while i was out and about working we do have a 2.7m x 1.3m standard woolserge LED starcloth that may do the job :D

Comes with controller, powerpack and ties all the way around so if you have the ultimax front bar you should be able to tie it onto that...

electrovision being the UK distributor for NJD, pretty much everyone and their dog can get an account with them

for someone who is such a big player to get these amazing prices (better than HTFR can!!), why are dabbling with doing Disco's?? Small fry surely???

You also just offered to setup an account for someone who wants to buy one starcloth, if this isnt dealing with end users, i dont know what is?

Can you sell goods for less than any joe can buy from Electrovision? Even if you could, why waste your time selling one starcloth to make £5???

i also saw you on one thread imply that you pay £50+ vat for something that is sold for £99 (and the uks cheapest price, by quite a long way) (i think it was the denon 050 mixer), i cant see them making that kind of margin!
