Joking aside, I heard something on the radio about a tax free payment of £75 from the taxman for small businesses who get their tax return in before a certain date (sometime in May I think)

Does this apply to us (moreso the part time DJ like myself)?

I really havent heard of that---must investigate. Sounds good.

Ahhh...the end of the tax year.

4-5 hours should cover it.

This is the one time of the year when I wish I had an accountant.

Dont get me started on the bloody taxman. they tried to collar me with the £100 late fine in February. Thats after my accountant got my return in in May and I'd had my rebate, in October......

my returns went in in January and 2 days later i had a refund of 1200 in the bank i kid you not. if your books are submitted online its done allmost instant
