Can anyone reccomend me some radio microphones for karaoke

have been thinking kam 1940's

Have seen some carlsbros uhf's

not mega bucks 100-150, Have been using some kam 1940's borrowed of a fellow kj, And had no issues,

Have found the carlsbros at a bargain

tempted to take a punt on them ? What do you think

I had the Kams and upgraded to a couple of Shure PG58s and they are so much better. A bit out of your budget though.

Yeah they are a little out the budget, The 1940's arent a bad all rounder though, What do you think to the carlsbros ?, Reluctant to spend big money for some punter to drop, If you know what i mean

I've never heard the Carlsboros so can't really comment. The 1940s are ok.

whats it mean, non diversity ? on the carlsbros

For general use where diversity operation is not required

I have the 1940s and people love the feel of them :confused: and they sound good as well.

If I understand correctly, they don't try to pick the best reception, and can be more likely to dropout. In the budget range at short distance, I doubt you'd notice. It's only when you get a better one and find you've still got a full signal 500yds away that you realise. ;)
