I've been hearing that for the last week. I got the office done...and have now gone on temporary strike till next week. :d
She aint half giving me an earful though.... "Surely the office is all done eh?. Get the nursery started. Do this do that. Do some more of this, do much more of that".
Ah, the life of a hen-pecked dude!

Shaun, you work too hard. Have a much deserved break. I'm also sending you up a case of cider to help alleviate the stress that decorating causes.

Indeed!
I've just got back from a manic quiz night with over 80 people playing.
I'm off tomorrow, but have a 30th birthday on Saturday & my regular Sunday quiz on Easter day...which will probably be another manic one due to the bank holiday the following day.

Well I have been to the pub most the evening, think I will have to put my prices up to afford the beer nowadays. Can't believe the prices now :( :( Will have to stick to the bargains in ASDA.

Well I did a charity quiz/disco yesterday for free. It was supporting very ill children so a great cause (Y) It was my first ever quiz...and I was very nervous. I noticed that when you start to read the questions, you arn't just reading of a sheet but actually performing. You are an entertainer and these people have come to be entertained. I loved every minute of it, throwing in the odd comment, joke and a bit of banter. I also used the haiwan 50 theme tune which went down a treat. My taxi came at 12 and because I had done 3 gigs there before they begged me to leave my equipment and let them carry on. So I trusted them as the owner didn't drink and gave them a quick crash course and left it with them. I picked up the gear the next day and it turns out people stayed till 4 in the morning! Lots of money raised and a good night had (Y)
Happy Easter folks...:)

Beer Festival on Friday followed by a thai meal, cracking good wedding on Saturday and yesterday and today have been taking concrete, rubble and garden rubbish up the tip as we are re-doing our back garden. Out for a well deserved meal tonight.
