disco lights on ebay

Hi everyone just thought i ask here for some advise here goes


I won some 64 par cans off ebay other night infact i won both light.
I sent a email to the guy saying if you like i can come and collect and pay cash as im not far away save on postage .

Well since i got email from ebay saying iv won the lights the guy has not contacted me, I have sent him 2 emails but still no reply i won the light on wed night

what would you do now shall i wait a little longer hoping hes away or do i contact ebay and let them know

personally i would wait a little longer,it's school holidays and he might be away for a few days,give him till the end of the weekend to make contact,on the brightside at least you haven't paid for them yet

All I normally do is send payment via paypal, and wait for the sutff! I rarely have contact with the seller unless there is an issue with payment, delivery, etc. Not everyone checks their email daily... I am a once a week man myself unless I am waiting for something. As for reporting to ebay, I would give it ten days if you still have not received your lights.... hope this helps!

i once had to claim through ebay and you have to wait 10 days until you can claim. It then will take a minimum of 30 days for the dispute to go through for you to get your money back.

As people have said before it is the school holidays so give it a little while longer.

quite often it says on the listing if the seller is going to be away when the listing ends.

Can you post the link to the listing so we can cast an eye over it?
