Hi dave,

Just a couple of questions for you...

What is your budget for the starcloth? are you looking for something cheap like the zoom, prolight, njd cloths or are you looking for more of a professional heavy wool serge cloth?

Did you want the controller to just turn the cloth on and off or do you want it to be able to dim the starcloth, have built in patterns and speed controls etc - i presume from your description of simple you don't want it DMX compatible.

How do you see the cloth attaching? Do you want just ties on it or velcro as well?

Depending on the answers i should be able to quote for you through our sister company Advanced Event Designs... www.advancedeventdesigns.com for more information.

Isn't the NJD cloth a professional heavy wool serge cloth?

Hi, E1
I’ve had a quote from John of £695.00 + vat + £30 Del + vat Hmmmmmmm for 32 white led's

Looking to make my own S & H type booth with a better more useable design as I can get the frame made and powder coated for £120.00.

I need 1 m x 3m with hand held controller yes dim + full + chase not DMX with velcro boarder on all four sides.

I have looked at the NJD 1m x 2m for £80 all in seems too good to be true as I’m new to this any help please

Thank you so far

Well yes and no... It is a wool serge (and a good cloth at that) but i wouldn't have said it's heavy wool serge and i'm not sure it's fireproofed either.

We can get similar cloths made up in china (in fact identical to the NJD ones) for around the same costs but it would be a 14 - 18 week wait and it would have to be in quantity rather than a one off... Oh and we fireproof them just to make sure! :D

YES - it is wool serge...

NO - it's not heavy wool serge... Hopefully that is clearer!
