Ok guys, the site has be redesigned and relaunched, now the problem i have is what to put in the code to be google friendly and try and get me up the rankings, what sort of sentances, keywords etc should i use?
My website editor asks for the following:
Title [?]
(150 Characters)
Description [?]
(150 Characters)
Keywords [?]
(Use comma to separate)
2000 Characters
What i am looking to find out is what makes the site google friendly and lets the spiders and bots help me to top of rankings?

You're asking the million dollar question! Alot of it is trial and error, couple of tips that work for me - make sure the areas you cover feature in the title tags and the first sentance of the description, and don't just use the same tags for every page on your website.

Could do with a link to your site to give us an idea of what you are targetting etc.
Also it is not just about these things. I suggest to google SEO - Search Engine Optimisation. This will give you an idea of what you need to do to your site to make it as search engine friendly as possible.

For a good explanation of what the meta description is and what it does, along with lots of other useful starter information, see http://www.google.com/webmasters/docs/search-engine-optimization-starter-guide.pdf.
