Just downloaded the flock browser.

I`me impressed so far , imports all your IE/Firefox bookmarks , passwords etc, seems quick.

Just having a quick look at the options etc , I would say there`s a lot of firefox in this.

Google Chrome is made with a mish mash of Safari and FF! No one can make one from scratch :p

That "Other" slice is 0.97%....so what's the point? Even the mighty Google have just 1.23% share with Chrome.

Sorry to be so pessimistic, Flock maybe is the next big thing, but I doubt it. For now it'll be script kiddies in their thousands downloading it "to be different" until the next (not so) big thing comes along....
