Invoice Details

Hi all,

Ive just confirmed a gig with a college.

Ive been asked to 'Invoice' the college directly.


Is there anything specific I need to do in terms of details or receipts?


I usually just send out my usual booking form with a request for the deposit and details how to pay the remainder included on it.

With this being an 'institution' as such, will they be after any other details or demands?

its what i based mine on and got carbon copy pads printed by a friend of mine who owns his own printing company. Good results too.
