since i had my new sat nav i shout at the thing all the time! It seems to take me rediculous ways even though I have set it to the fastest/shortest route!

Apparently mine sounds very strict.

Turn left NOW. lol.

My sat nav is called Kate (voices name). She can be a little slow sometimes and annoying. lol.

I was on my way to Guernsey last year on the fast cat from Poole.
I took the satnav with me after we parked the landy.
I forgot to turn it off , so about 2 miles out to sea, a little female voice says.

Please preform a u turn when possible

Talk to it...................you bet I did :D :D

We use the SatNav on the wife's BlackBerry - sometimes I wish the wife would shut up so I could hear the SatNav :D

Timothy gets on my :Censored: the righteous git lol. So if telling him to :Censored: counts as talking to him then all the time yeah lol

Since I 'upgraded' my satnav to the latest version of software, there's no room left for any voices. I prefer it that way to be honest as I hardly ever used to have the volume up anyway. :D

It can get annoying sometimes and the volume control is a blessing!

Although my personal favorite command was when we went to the Isle of Wight. We got to Portsmouth and Nigel comes out with "In 100 yards enter the ferry" when there wasn't one there!!!

Has anyone got the facility to record your own voice and use that?

No, and I wouldn't want that facility, as I hear my own voice enough as it is.

When I'm driving somewhere I don't know, give me a sexy female voice any day!

:D :D :D

You can record your own instructions darren, Depending on the format of your sat nav, But it is very time consuming
