Some help please guys with a venue.

I have been sent to Coventry---literally:D

I am playing at the Sports Pavillion, Heron Bank, University of Warwick, Coventry-- just wondered if anyone knows it all and anything about the venue.

Shame Jamies gone--this is his patch I guess.

I'm not too far away but never played there but my cousin works at University on the plumbing maintenance side, so he'll know the building. What did you want to know, Access, size, etc?

If your gig is not this weekend, I will see him on Saturday, so will ask what he knows.

To get to the building if you come into Gibbet Hill Road from the Kenilworth Road, it should be left at the first Island and the building is on the left I think.

On the ground floor is the Basket Ball Courts, so not sure if your in there? If so, you can get through a double set of doors into the room.

Upstairs its the Bar, Kitchen Etc. So if your up there its two (half) flights of steps or there is a disabled platform lift (hold the button in and keep it in to go up). I think you could park up at the front to unload or at the side, which would mean going down a slope first.

Don't know much more than that. Hope that helps.
