Well, I must be mad, signed up for this a while ago and have been doing a little bit of training at the gym. Got to 5k so far.

I've decided to take sponsorship for Macmillan Cancer Support (as I believe they do a great job) and have set up an online sponsor form if anyone would like to donate. Remember, every little bit counts.
