Hope you all had a good Bank Holiday?

I made the twice yearly visit to Caister Soul Weekender and surprise, surprise took some video action of the BBQ sessions on the Saturday. The event ran from Friday afternoon to Monday evening.

I had no idea these were still going.

I'm sure I first heard about them back in the 80s.

I've never been, but would love to.

It was the 30th Anniversary this weekend.

Whoaaaaaaa...respect!

I remember hearing the adverts for it on the radio back in the 80s.

If I remember rightly, in those days they had DJs there including Robbie Vincent & Froggy the funkmaster, but I could be wrong, as my memory is a bit patchy!

Sadly mate Froggy died last year!!! Which was very sad. Robbie Vincent used to play there all of the time, but I haven't seen him there in ages!!! Chris Hill still plays there though.
