Excellent product

Just wanted to pass on my experience with an excellent product/company.

I wanted some covers for the RCF set-up, and everything was coming in at the reigion of £60 per cover. This company charged £158 (inc P&P) for all four. The covers are slip-on (no zips to bust), the fake leather (i wasnt expecting real at that price) is still waterproof. Its well padded and stitched, a perfect fit, and had a very fast turn around. Pictures can be had if you want them.

I tried them, and they were less than helpful on the phone, and were quite expensive. :)

I don't like the look of them and also don't like the fact that the covers for the tops don't enclose the speaker completely.

Love them or hate them, the bags for Mackie SRM450s are very good. I have similar bags for my RCFs,but they aren't in the same league as the Mackie bags.

Yes not always easy to contact---not good on emails---but I persevered and used that old fashioned approach you may remember--I phoned them:)

I thought they were quite reasonable--I would be a bit worried if your buying at quite cheap rates in comparison to cover over covers--unless they have increased prices a lot since I bought.

After 4 years my bass bin covers are doing pretty ok--although some of the piping came off last night, but thats my fault because I dont transport them in the playing position.;)

I know what you mean Daz, but for what i need they are great (and im not paying a fortune for them). I always carry the tops individually, saves knocking them to bits, so they are upright, and i try not to set any equipment down outside as you get mucked up when you pick stuff up. For keeping the rain off when taking them in venues they do just fine. :)

If i remember right they were looking at about £80 per cover.....:eek: And they were just very off on the phone, they just sounded like they didnt want the business.

Would I be right in saying that the bottom of the speaker is exposed to the elements or is that covered up as well?

Depends how you carry it Tom. :D The cover is a slip over job, but if the speakers are sat on the floor, the cover touches the floor, so its not like theres an inch of side showing.

I always carry the speakers upright so the bottoms aing getting wet anyway :)
