I need to know if the Maya 44 USB will work with:

- PCDJ FX

and also

-Windows Vista

I am getting one on Friday, but wanted to confirm this 100% to make sure.

Yes,
These Soundcards are very universal and should work with most software.
As Paul from PCDJ reccomends the Maya in one of his Demo Videos, I gather it works.
