Manchester United fielding a weak squad

What are your thoughts on this?

Personally, I think Alex Ferguson should be able to field any player he wants, whats wrong with giving these new guys a break? At the end of the day, if these new guys are match fit then that is surely a full strength squad?

Every one bangs on about how uniteds second team could beat most teams in the premier, now all of a sudden when he fields that second team he could get sued. The teams in the relegation battle should have tried a bit harder earlier in the season, instead they are trying to punish man utd, I think these teams should stop crying like little babies and concentrate on staying in the premier league and winning their games.

He should be able to field any team he wants. Does anyone really thinks he gives a toss about who goes down? He has his eyes on the prize.

I don't like the man personally, but he should be able to do what he wants within the laws of the game.

I think it's all rumours and speculation, from fans and other unconfirmed sources from other clubs.

Yes, he is entitled to put out whatever team he wants, but at the same time, every team in the league is obliged to compete to the best of their ability in every match.

I think they will win anyway, after all the fuss! Some of their fringe players and youngsters are extremely good players.

agree with the fact fergie should play whoever he wants , his main priority now is the champions league game against barca, if it was liverpool in that situation i would expect them to field a weaker team, having said that a few years ago liverpool had to play blackburn on the last game of the season and man u had to play west ham with blackburn needing a win to secure the title, all week fergie was moaning liverpool would field a weakened team and wouldn't try to win because we wanted blackburn to win the title,so he don't like it done to him

in all fairness the way hull have been performing the second half of the season united should win at a cater
