What attire will your wedding disc jockey wear at your wedding?
Sounds like a no brainer, but you usually want your DJ to wear a tuxedo. The DJ at my brother's wedding was wearing black jeans and a shirt that was hanging out. He was supposed to be wearing a tuxedo. Even the photographer went up to him and chastised him.

I'm sure I remember seeing that George@ASDA does the jacket for about £30 and then the trousers for under £20.

Although I always give the client the choice of what they want me to know, no-one has ever said a Tux. The outfit I'm using mostly for weddings consists of black trousers and a black short-sleeved shirt. Very comfy and means I don't stand out like a sore thumb!

Tuxs are more american really. I had to wear one for my sisters wedding last year as I was a groomsman. Like others never been asked to wear a tux and usually I've informed the customer that our wedding disco includes a black tie dj. I have found that mentioning this before they ask helps give over the Professional mobile disco image rather than the classic stereotype of grandad and his traffic lights.

I personally always wear a tux when working (with the occaisional exception for a theme party or other function where it wouldn't be suitable).

We use it as one of our selling points against other companies in the area. We get lots of comments on how smart we look and how they appreciate it at their function.

The black George suits are £19 for the jacket, £6 for trousers and £3 for the shirt!!

chuck in a tenner for some shoes and thats a full outfit for £38 !!
