Chelsea or Everton to win?

OllieJames

Urm, i'm saying Chelsea.

I was in London this week, and had a guided tour around the Chelsea ground - got loads of pictures and it was a very interesting tour - i'll post pictures at some point.

If you're a Chelsea fan (which i'm not :D) it's well worth the tour.

Anyway, back to the topic... yeah, Chelsea :p

Wembley tends to favour the underdog, teams who can lift their game to the occasion, so I go for Everton :)

What time is it on?

I have some stuff to do, so I'll wait until then, as the roads will be nice and quiet.

:D

I'm voting for Everton, simply because they've spent more time in the top division than any other team in history, so I think they deserve it more.

I desperately want Everton to win it, and they are more than capable on the day, but the odds favour Chelsea :(

It's Everton for me ;)

I was lucky enough to get a ticket to game at Goodison in the earlier round when Dan Gosling pounced to score against Liverpool.

Luckily got a fairly local gig at Blackbrook house Belper so will get to watch it.

That is as long as I get off here and go and load up now :D :D

Big Liverpool fan but Im cheering on Everton. I have nothing but respect for Moyes and what hes done at Everton on the budget they are on. If they had a decent run when they got into the champions league I think the "big four" wouldnt be so far ahead of everyone else.

I do expect chelsea to win though

LOL

You'll generally find that liverpool and everton fans dont have that much "hatred" towards each other. Im not saying that we are all best buddies but you get alot of families in liverpool that are half blue half red and its all good banter genearally.

Liverpool and United is where it gets nasty

as a liverpool fan i agree with that, but the question might as well of been do you want tobe poked in the left eye or the right, i dislike chelsea more than everton.

Andy, even though they are our local rivals you have to admit on the budget they are on they have done a great job.

I feel for Everton, they really deserved something after this season. Well, I suppose they've got a crack at Europe.

Oh well, the Scottish Cup was only going one place.. :party1: :beer2: :beer1:

Bit late I know.....wanted Everton to win.

Best team won on the day. Hate to say it but both goals were great and Everton look knackered 20min's before the end.

Brave attempt but not to be.

Really? I thought Howard was very poor in his attempt to save Lampards Shot. One good hand on that shot would of easily saved it but he went with two and made a meal of it.

I've just watched the goal on Youtube - yeah, Howard should have saved that, and yes, he should have used one hand :)

Give me football over anything anyday.

I would however love to see a few of the fairys that grace our game like Ronaldo, Drogba, Steve Hunt throwned into a UFC ring to butch them up abit ;)

Did someone mention Rugby? Was that not the safety net for the boys who didn't make the grade at the football trials? ;)

As for Ronaldo and Drogba - yes they can be quite dramatic for effect at times, and seem to 'forget' how to stay on their feet but... would you get in a ring with either of them? They are both extremely muscular and powerful athletes!

I only ever watch England, apart from that I can't be bothered about football really. It's nice to see Hull stay up for next season but only because it's my home town. I would never watch a game.

Angling - that's a proper sport :D
