Funnily enough, I came across this (http://www.arribacase.com/ac152.html) the other day - not sure if it would be big enough for Impossibleds though.

Or this (http://www.terralec.co.uk/specific_product_cases/par_can_storage_case/16676_p.html) even - you'd need to measure though.

Wow thanks.

Been looking at a very similar snowboard case which is probably what this is based on by the looks of it. was perfect but not tall enough though.

I would love a case like this with the option of having it as a shoulder bag too. Would really save time so i can focus on other things instead of wiring up lighting.

however the metal flight case idea has plus points too as it can be used as a deck stand, is more protective and i can also put my amprack (which is heavy) and decks on it and wheel it in.

Or even something like this (http://www.soundmastersdirect.co.uk/products/flight-cases-boxes/protex-large-par-5664-can-case/)?

again probably not high enough for impossileds

I have considered getting these big cases so that I can just wheel a few of them in, but work in a couple of upstairs venues too, so have the same dilemma.

It's a case at the end of the day, so if it affords some protection, then it doesn't really matter what it looks like. (Within reason - cardboard boxes and plastic crates are disqualified :sj:)

If i got one it would have to be on wheels i think and be able to carry other gear on top and act as a deck stand which i don't think these will?

what about this:

I know it will be heaver but I suggest you go for a solid case; it will be easer to stack in the van/car

I would advise carrying the fixtures seperately, to avoid damages etc to the lights.
