How do you guys mount them on single bars not trussing, Im trying to help someone out they have 2 plates that you would use for either ceiling mounting, Or on a truss with g clamps, Then problem being with a single bar he can mount them one of 2 ways

First with 2 clamps front and back but due to being single bar would have to mount them with the with the control panel to either the left or right and not out front,

Or he could mount them on one bracket the front, and have the buttons out front. safety comes into play with this

I cant fathom out in my head if he would be ok with the buttons to the side, As after all there a 360 degree light

Or i could cut him up a bit of steel to go between the 2 so in the middle it would hang on one clamp with the buttons to the front,

Maybe some pictures of how you mount your movers would help the dilema

I use g clamps. This is on my isolution 7s so not sure if its the same on other moving heads but you just screw in the bolt to the base of the unit. Simples

Do you have the control panel facing the front when you do this ?
