It is. Its modular too so can be built up slowly (at that price, over about 100 years)....

Lol, still get the wow factor though.
I found a similar version a while ago, that had pressure sensors in and (as an example) you could set it so it looked like water, and it would ripple as people walked over it.
Bit like this, only with a much better resolution (almost tv standard) YouTube - Lightspace Dance San Francisco

I have seen this in action and it's very good, You have to go and collect it from Germany yourself too. When I looked at the prices with all the cases last it was around 36k.

I'm not even going to flaming comment. Absolutely ridiculous.
The concept and idea is just pointless. When you have 150 people dancing do they all look down on the floor to watch a video? That's if they can see the video of course. Crazy. :bang:

It looks wicked when in a disco environment.
Been to a supplier demo day last year where they had this installed on 3 walls in a room, hooked up to a Wii!!

Do you have fingers in everything then James?
I think ill get the basic dancefloor hire off the ground first. You know Parquet, Checkerboard, Mirror  and then if business is good i would seriously look at this. So many applications (especially as it can be vertically hung, from what i gather) :)

That truly is impressive! As it stands though, only the rich, the wealthy and the very rich could afford to hire that - but we surely must be looking at the future :)

Acme do the Show Station (http://prolight.co.uk/item/show01/) which is reactive to people walking over it. Can't remember the price off hand, will have to check when I'm back in work tomorrow.

Yes :D well almost... :D what can i say i just like pie lol!!!! and no don't be thinking american pie right now... i don't love pie that much  :D
basically i have various trade accounts through Advanced Event Designs and UK Event & Entertainment Services for both hire and purchase items
and these days it really does pay to have you fingers in many pies.... why limit yourself???
We cover entertainment in the form of discos, karaoke and racenights... Then we have the corporate side of things such as stage light pa and video hire/event production... then finally the events product design and development which is where advanced event designs mainly comes in.
.
Come to that, I could get you a price too, if you wanted it. I'm sure I could better James's quote. :boxer2: :D
Quite possibly - you've been a batminker longer than me so you should be able to - plus your richer so dont need as much money as a poor starving AV guy like me :P :P :P

hire prices aren't too bad on it really... and it's a much better effect than just the bog standard LED floor that seems to do well at the moment.
