Anything that has an adjustable speed knob has to be a winner in my book! :D
I actually think this effect with the 3Watt Tri-colour L.E.D. looks excellent, I'm not sure I'll be getting one but I'm not offended by it...:)

Agree with Daz, good for retro, but i love old disco lights. Would love to own some beasts as a renovation project tbh.
I also like ADJs UFO too.
I like them, i think they would look excellent if you could mount them above the audience either in an install or on mobile night truss, they'd be great. Wasted without haze though.

I've voted that I like them, because at least they aren't a load of coloured dots!

Stick a 10 watt organic led in it and then ask me again. Im sure that model is even now in the making.

Ive been lucky enough to have a demo of them and i have to say they are not the brightest light out there. Also to get the best effect you need your haze\smoke machine.

I agree, Good points - good for a retro night and produces a really good, widespread effect. Bad points - ugly to look at, awkward to mount, dangerous to little fingers if they get too close!

I voted that I like them, only because there wasn't a 'they're ok' voting option.
As has already been mentioned, ok with haze, but without it, I doubt the effect would be very striking.
