No order has been placed, As a call was made prior due to a very good price on a certain item,

Technicaly your breaking ebay terms by not having goods in your pocession and selling them ?

And adam also spoke to a guy there, Who when asked if you would get the manufacturer to drop ship was told you don't offer that, Why can you not when every other dealer will ?

If members have an issue with any company, I'd appreciate it dealt with away from the forum.

This is not the place to air grievances!

Never have done drop shipping, and certainly wouldn't start now.
An order would be placed, it'd come in, and be delivered straight out to the customer.

To say we don't order for a customer is absurd.
Only today I have specifically ordered two flightcases, 3 American DJ Mega Bars, 4 Behringer amplifiers, an APC 40 and a Cerwin Vega sub for various mobile DJs from 3 different forums that know me.

I don't, don't normally deal with sales, apart from when guys who know me want order something, or ask questions.

Just ask for me, they'll put you through, or PM me your number and I'll call you at a convient time.

Not wanting to be the guilty one for taking the thread off topic, but Jake, I can't help wondering why you're buying from a retailer when you claim to have an installation business. :confused:

The reason being htfr havent updated there prices since a price hike from prolight, Hence the current price they have are selling products at, Is lower can get from prolight including the vat

Wouldnt you take advantadge of that tony ?

You realy dont think before posting do you tony :), You never answered my question before, What electrical qualifications do you have tony :)

So you have an account with Prolight then do you? That means you spend £2K a month with them. That's pretty good going.

Can you please keep this on topic and refrain from making personal remarks. I would also suggest using a spell checker from now on if you want to appear the slightest bit credible.

Oi Rob. I think you're gonna need to look elsewhere for those new lights. I can't see you qualifying for an account. :( :(

No I wouldn't as;
1. I wouldn't buy Prolight product;
2. The VAT is irrelevant as it is reclaimed

Yes, I do Jake. You should try it someday.

What electrical qualifications do you have tony

Can't quite see the link here but I'll answer your question:
I have no formal qualifications (other than PAT competency) and about 12 years practical experience in testing and working with temp power. Which is why I only advise on what I'm knowledgable of and keep my mouth shut when I don't know.

to be frank,

I get sick of tony derailing every single topic i post up, And still tony does not tell me what electrical qualifications he has, you say temp power tony to what degree, Are you fitted dis boards ?, Are you qualified to do inspection and testing ?

I think what i have tried to do is very business like, And if any of you luck at things logicaly you would buy your products from the cheapest source would you not ?

In my opinion you haven't been very business like.

You really need to use a spell checker! Every post since you have been advised has had at least one spelling mistake!
