Royal International Air Tattoo

Morning All,

Just wondering has anyone been to the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford.

I have never been but me and my partner are thinking of going this year as its something different but at £35 a ticket does seem quite expensive.

It seems there is also a celebrity among us as Mr Mayhem is advertised to be performing there on the main stage.

So anyone been or going?

RIAT IS AWESOME!!! lol :D :D :D - Definitely worth the £35

One word of advice, don't park too near the flight-line otherwise your car alarm may be going off all day, due to the Tornado's, Typhoon, F-15 etc...lol

I may not be going though this year as I am going to RAF Waddington (again), which costs £21 or £17 in advance :D.

It is going to be fantastic and RIAT have told me that they have a wet weather plan in force ready but it is not going to be needed!!!!

This is one event I may do a gig log from!!

I have got 3 slots on sat 18th and 2 on the sunday.

Plus the evening warm ups before the main concert - w'ho!!!!!!
